Challenges in our Vision:
(Who we aspire to be)
- We need to redeem and reclaim what it means to be both a church and a family that seeks to follow Christ.
- There needs to be a willingness to get involved in each other’s spiritual lives and to ask tough questions of one another.
- We need to have stories telling of how our Church Family is living radically for Christ.
(What defines our success)
- We need to serve people not programs.
- We need to get back to the basics: God’s Word, Prayer, Fellowship, and Outreach
- We need to have stories of how our Church Family is investing and impacting one another’s lives.
(How we set our directions)
- We need to filter our decisions through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- We need to incorporate Jesus’ method of discipleship into our church.
- We need to have stories of how our Church Family is being shaped and molded by the example of Jesus.
