Challenges in our Vision:
(Who we aspire to be)

  1. We need to redeem and reclaim what it means to be both a church and a family that seeks to follow Christ.
  2. There needs to be a willingness to get involved in each other’s spiritual lives and to ask tough questions of one another.
  3. We need to have stories telling of how our Church Family is living radically for Christ.
Challenges in our Destination:
(What defines our success)

  1. We need to serve people not programs.
  2. We need to get back to the basics: God’s Word, Prayer, Fellowship, and Outreach
  3. We need to have stories of how our Church Family is investing and impacting one another’s lives.
Challenges in our Decisions:
(How we set our directions)

  1. We need to filter our decisions through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
  2. We need to incorporate Jesus’ method of discipleship into our church.
  3. We need to have stories of how our Church Family is being shaped and molded by the example of Jesus.
